TERMS & CONDITION FOR AD POSTING:-
[1] Unitech Info Service is a completely Adverting Company.
[2] The main aim to promote all business programs & products of Unitech Info Service.
[3] The main role of Unitech Info Service members is to promote all advertising matters which Unitech Info Service provide to online classified websites.
[4] The Members are not employee of Unitech Info Service, but are appointed as a freelance worker for the same.
[5] Payments to the members will be calculated as per the Work Option they selected.
[6] This Agreement works between Unitech Info Service, Siliguri & the undersigned the Member.
[7] Specific working criteria have been fixed for the Unitech Info Service members.
[8] The member should post Ad matters as given by Unitech Info Service.
[9] A single/particular Ad should not be repeated in the same website within a time span of 30 days, or else it won't be counted. The links that ends with the Words like Search
Ads/Display Ads/Post Ads will not be considered liable to draw any renumeration.
[10] As per your Designation, you'll be paid per successful Ad posted by you. Successful Ad means Ad which is correctly posted on a Classified Website under suitable category, description, Ad matter, UIS e-mail & website address & other relevant information's will only be considered.
[11] Ad’s which are wrongly posted will not be considered & no payment will be made for the same.
[12] Ad’s which are repeatedly posted in same website will not be counted & No payment will be made.
[13] Ad’s which are posted but having spelling mistakes and error in e-mail addresses or website addresses too will not be considered.
[14] In case if we found that you are posting Ads using some software, or manipulating details, or altering ad matter, or doing any harmful/illegal operations that can generate more money without putting Ads, than your account will be immediately closed without any prior notice of the same.
[15] Your payment will be released on 4th week of every month. Cheque/D.D/Fund Transfer will be issued to you only when your account reaches or crosses a monthly income of Rs.1000/-, if in a particular month your account balance is below Rs.1000/- than that amount will be carry forwarded to the next month. Monthly payment is counted from 1st of every month to 30th/31st of the same month. Payment is to be done only in the of the candidate or his bank Account only. Payment is non-transferable.
[16] Non receipt of D.D. /Cheque,
we issue cheque/D.D. in the name of candidate only to the postal address.
All payments are sent on 20th of every month by Indian Speed Post /Courier
only, which may take around 3-7 days to reach destinations. In case, if you
don't receive cheque till 27th of particular month than you can ask us to
reissue a new cheque which will be sent to you immediately within 3 working
days.
TERMS & CONDITION FOR OFFLINE DATA ENTRY
1. Unitech Info Service will provide offline Data Entry work.
2 The pages which will be in JPG format in article 220/1100/2200 (two twenty/one thousand one hundred/two thousand two hundred) pages all pages which is given by Unitech Info Service only will be used to type and after typing these pages should be sent to Email Id supportuis@gmail.com
3 Member/Members shall have to pay non refundable membership Fees.
4 After receiving filled Membership Form, Unitech Info service will provide necessary ID and articles within 24 working hours to start the Offline Data entry job.
5 Member/Members will never edit the Article provided by Unitech Info service.
6 Once you registered you will be provided with the 1st assignment of 220 pages along with the instructions of completing the work, without any mistake. If you submit the 1st assignment without any mistake within 15 days duration then we will issue the 2nd assignment which again will be 220/1100/2200 pages which will be send to by CD or by e-mail to Member/Members.
7 If a member is found to be using software for typing the pages His/her membership would be terminated without giving any prior Notice to the member.
8 You have to follow the instructions mentioned instructions and complete the work within 15 days duration, and submit directly to the company’s e-mail id- supportuis@gmail.com.
9 The Members are not employee of Unitech Info Service, but are appointed as a freelance.
10 Payments to the members will be calculated as per the Work Option they selected.
11 After 15 days from the work submission you will get the QC report from the company along with the payment details
12 As per your membership you’ll be paid per successful completion of the assignments by you which means 220 pages are successfully typed maintaining the accuracy level of 95% per page and on average.
13 Pages wrongly typed will not be considered and no payment will be made for such page.
14 Pages which are typed wrong spellings and error in grammar will not be considered as correct page.
15 Cheque or DD/Fund Transfer (Payments) will only be issued to you when the Account reaches up to Rs1000.00 otherwise it will be carry forwarded to the next month.
16 All payments are sent through Indian postal Service or Courier Service OR Online Fund Transfer/Cheque Deposit which may take around 7-15 days to reach destination. In case of any delay or non receipt of the Cheque or DD one can request for there-issue of the same which will be sent within 7 working days.
17 After membership Unitech Info service totally be responsible given monthly payment to member whois based on NO WORK NO PAY Basis (Payment is only done for completed and corrected assignment).
18 The earning capacity is wholly dependent upon the performance of member. Unitech Info service shall not be held responsible at any stage or at any point of time.
19 Unitech Info service does not purport this as a “GET RICH SCHEME”. In fact no guarantees are made that Member, will achieve any result from ideas and techniques in the material provided by Unitech Info service. As earning capacity is totally depended upon the performance of Member/members and shall get the payment as per work done as on promised
20 Membership Validity period six (6) month only. .
21 The relationship shall be governed by the laws of the State of West Bengal without regards to its conflict of law provisions.
